I’m a senior UX Designer and Researcher leading my own experience design agency, where I combine creativity, empathy, and innovation to craft user-centered solutions. My path into UX started with a passion for storytelling and design.

In high school, I discovered the power of visual communication through designing layouts for the student newspaper. This creative spark led me to a career in broadcast journalism, where I spent over a decade telling impactful stories about real people. Journalism taught me the importance of empathy—a cornerstone of my approach to UX design.

The transition to UX was a natural one. As a web producer in Austin, I realized the potential of combining storytelling with technology to solve real-world problems. That realization fueled my shift to UX, and I launched my first business, House on Payne Web Design.

Fast Forward to Today

I hold a Master’s degree in UX Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and dual bachelor’s degrees in Broadcast Journalism and History from the University of Texas at Austin. Today, I use my background and expertise to drive meaningful change in B2B SaaS and health tech industries, integrating AI into my research and design process to create smarter, more impactful solutions.
